I was kindly upgraded to a 1 Bedroom Suite with a balcony offering a view of the Bosphorus. The staff were very helpful in guiding us on touring the city and made great arrangements. The hotel is situated on a hill in a great area above the Besiktas area of Istanbul, making it very central and convenient.
